In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to persons include legal entities where the context permits.

Access to and use of the asik99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute, non-negotiable threshold with no exceptions.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling, unless you have independently confirmed that your use of the platform is lawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of asik99, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any game provider integrated on the platform, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any voluntary self-exclusion register operated by asik99 or any external responsible gaming body.
• You have not previously had an asik99 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

To access asik99's full range of gaming services, you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of all Accounts:

1. One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one Account on asik99 at any given time. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK from KTP or SIM), residential address, active email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account if any of this information changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. asik99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4. Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or permitting another person to use your Account is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
5. Right to Refuse Registration: asik99 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Account registration at its discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject always to returning any verified real-money balance owed to the player.

asik99 is committed to maintaining a secure gaming environment and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. In furtherance of these objectives, all Mem bers are required to complete Identity Verification ("KYC") before any withdrawal request can be processed. The process includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, legible copy of your KTP, SIM, or passport. The document must show your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and identity number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months showing the residential address registered on your Account.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming the registered bank account or e-wallet account matches the name on your asik99 Account.
• Selfie Verification: On request, a live selfie or video call may be required to confirm that the Account holder matches the photo ID provided.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team, usually within 24 hours of submission. In cases where additional review is required — for example, high-value withdrawals or transactions across multiple payment channels — the process may take up to three business days. asik99 may conduct enhanced due diligence at any time and at its discretion, particularly for Accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification requests.

Deposits credit real-money funds to your asik99 Account and are a prerequisite for placing wagers and playing games. The following rules apply to all deposits:

1. Accepted Methods: Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits via mobile prepaid credit (Pulsa) are also accepted for eligible operators.
2. Denomination: All deposits are processed and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). asik99 does not support deposits in foreign currencies.
3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for bank transfer and e-wallet channels, subject to the specific limits applicable to the chosen payment provider. This minimum may be varied from time to time and will be displayed during the deposit process for each channel.
4. Maximum Deposit: Standard Accounts are subject to a daily maximum deposit limit. Higher limits may be granted through our VIP or Premium membership tiers. Contact customer support to request an increase in your daily deposit limit.
5. Crediting Time: Bank transfer deposits are normally credited within five minutes. E-wallet and Pulsa deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation. Transactions made outside normal banking hours may take slightly longer to reflect.
6. Deposit Errors: If a deposit is not credited to your Account, or is credited to the wrong Account, you must contact support within 7 days. asik99 will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed, credit the funds to the correct Account. mistakenly transferred funds are restored to the sending payment account where possible.
7. Misuse of Payment Channels: asik99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where the transaction appears to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the Account holder's verified identity and registered payment details.

You may withdraw the real-money balance from your asik99 Account subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and assessed against the credit status of the Payment Method used.

1. KYC Requirement: A withdrawal request may only be processed once your Account has passed all KYC verification checks as described in Clause 4 above.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfer and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet channels. This amount may be adjusted from time to time and will always be shown at the withdrawal screen.
3. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, and funds are credited to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 5 minutes of approval during peak hours (19:00-01:00 WIB). Standard bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
4. Payment Method Match: Withdrawals are released exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the asik99 Account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party payment accounts will be rejected.
5. Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds: As described in Clause 7, no withdrawal will be processed if you have outstanding bonus-related wagering requirements.
6. Right to Conduct Checks: asik99 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal if it is of an unusually large amount, if the source of funds is unclear, or if the withdrawal pattern is deemed abnormal. Withdrawals may also be subject to a reasonable processing delay as part of our security procedures.
7. Account Review: asik99 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending an internal review of the Account where it suspects a breach of these Terms, a breach of fair play rules, or potential fraudulent activity. Any such hold will be communicated to you with a notification and an explanation of the reason and estimated review timeline.

asik99 periodically offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, seasonal campaign bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed when the bonus is offered, and to the general rules set out in this clause.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Specific promotions may carry higher wagering requirements, which will always be clearly disclosed.
2. Eligible Games: Different promotions may restrict which games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%, live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage, and some games may not contribute at all. Eligible game lists are published with each promotion.
3. Bet Limits: The maximum permitted bet per round while wagering a bonus is capped. Bets exceeding this limit will be voided for the purposes of wagering requirement calculation and may result in bonus forfeiture.
4. Expiry Period: Unused Bonus Funds expire and are removed from your Account after the period stated in the applicable promotion (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue or first activation). Any pending winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be removed at the same time.
5. One Bonus per Person: Bonuses may be claimed only once per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment account. Claims from duplicate Accounts will be voided and the bonus forfeited.
6. Abuse: Where asik99 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, by exploiting a system error, or through any form of bonus abuse, asik99 reserves the right to void the bonus, the associated winnings, and to suspend the relevant Account(s) pending review.
7. Casino and Sportsbook Terms: Bonus terms may differ between casino games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). The specific conditions for each product area are disclosed within the relevant promotion.

asik99 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment to all Players. The following rules govern all game play across the platform:

1. Random Number Generation: All casino games, including slots and live dealer titles, use certified random number generation. Results are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by any party, including asik99 staff. 4. Pinnacle of Fairness: To ensure a fair environment, the list of prohibited behaviors includes, without limitation: using third-party software to automate betting or game play; exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches; engaging in collusion between Players; using any form of advantage play that manipulates game algorithms; and placing bets using funds not derived from your own personal deposits.
5. Rights Upon Breach: Non-compliance may lead to voiding of bets, removal of prize money, freezing of the Account, and permanent Account closure. asik99 may, where appropriate, report suspected fraudulent behavior to the relevant authorities.

asik99 takes the long-term welfare of its Players very seriously. Gaming should always be an enjoyable, controlled activity. The platform provides a suite of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming habits, and we encourage you to use them.

• Age Restriction: The minimum age to open an asik99 Account is 21. All Accounts are subject to age verification during KYC, and asik99 actively detects and closes Accounts belonging to underage individuals.
• Deposit Limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your Account. Once set, the limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. The platform will refuse any deposit that would exceed your self-imposed limit.
• Loss Limits: You may establish a limit on the total amount you are prepared to lose during a specified period. The limit applies to all real-money gameplay activities on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Reality-check notifications display how long you have been actively playing, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to continue or take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account ("cooling-off") for a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 months. During this period your Account is inaccessible and no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a permanent self-exclusion from the asik99 platform, which will prevent you from registering or participating in any asik99 services indefinitely. This is a serious, binding decision and self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the platform or its content through your use of the service. The asik99 name, logo, and associated marks may not be used, copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced in any form without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of this material constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your Account and legal action.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the asik99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. In summary, asik99 collects and processes personal information necessary to provide its services, verify identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

All data is stored using industry-standard encryption, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. asik99 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with service providers — such as payment processors or game providers — it is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the requested service and under appropriate contractual safeguards. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asik99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other pecuniary loss — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the asik99 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, asik99 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned, including outages caused by third-party service providers, network failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss resulting from circumstances beyond asik99's reasonable control, including interruption of internet connection, power failure, or the actions of a government or regulatory authority;
• Any delay in, or failure of, payment processing caused by the payment provider or by the receiving bank;
• Any incorrect, erroneous, or delayed game results arising from events beyond the control of asik99;
• Any loss resulting from your own negligence, failure to protect your login credentials, or breach of these Terms.

The aggregate liability (if any) of asik99 to a Player arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to the asik99 platform. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

asik99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time if, in the platform's reasonable opinion, you breach these Terms, attempt to compromise the security or fairness of the platform, or fail to comply with any applicable prohibition or restriction set out in this document.

You may also close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure of your Account, whether initiated by you or asik99, any verified remaining real-money balance standing to your credit will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the Withdrawals clause. If your Account is closed for breach of these Terms, asik99 may forfeit any Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and may, in cases of material breach or fraud, withhold the real-money balance pending an investigation.

Upon termination of your Account, the following provisions of these Terms shall survive: Definitions, Limitations of Liability, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and this Termination clause. Any other obligations which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall also survive.

asik99 may amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, changes in applicable law, or for operational, commercial, or regulatory reasons. Any amendment will be published on this page, and the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Material changes to these Terms will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the asik99 platform and, where appropriate, by email to the registered address. If you continue to use the platform after any amendment takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your Account and withdraw any verified balance in accordance with the Withdrawals clause.

asik99 is an internationally operated gaming platform and is licensed and regulated in accordance with applicable international gaming law in its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asik99 operates and holds its license, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use of asik99 shall be submitted to exclusive binding arbitration in the licensing jurisdiction, conducted in English, in accordance with the arbitration rules of that jurisdiction. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs in connection with any arbitration proceeding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent asik99 from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to protect its rights, property, or interests, or to prevent fraud, breach of security, or breach of fair play rules.
